    Unless you have extremely rare genetics (like say, Ronnie Coleman), that split will cause your body to become over-trained. Your muscle will not be able to recover and thus, will not grow. In other words, that split is terrible. Try this:http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...ad.php?t=30934
