Can anyone advise on what the best meal plan would be with a morning workout? I am unsure whether I should try and eat before I go to the gym or how to build my meals around the morning workout. Obviously I will drink a post workout shake, but If I do that then my first meal won't be until mid morning. Any comments/advise?

so you dont eat first? I feel like I run out of gas real quick if I lift in the morning on an empty stomach.
