  • Knee pain after sitting...

My knees ache after periods of sitting with them bent at almost any angle which requires my stretching them out or walking around to get the stiffness/pain out. The pain is right below where the teardrop inserts on my quads...any ideas?

Mindstar I feel your pain, mine is just my right knee. If I sit for a matter of time with it bent it feels like it will xplode, I think it may have something to do with fluid on the knee joint or something. Mine gets alittle better after a week. I usually wear a knee brace for a day or so and that helps a lot! Along with supping with Glucosmine (sp) sulfate tabs. Listen to your body bro!

i'm on the glucosamine and am about to start some cissus RX but was just wondering what I can do to stop it, other than constant standing and not squatting :D or maybe i'm doing something to cause it?

My knee was swelling up for no reason and causing pain. I tore some cartilage and also blocked a natural drain in my knee. The operaton wasn't fun; neither was the six weeks of Physical therapy. Best of luck.
