  • Post Cycle training Question.....

I am finishing up a 10 week Test C cycle on which I trained 6 days a week. All my reps were in the 8-10 range and I always did at least 4 sets of each exercise and I normally completed 4-6 exercises per muscle group. My training schedule looked like this:
    Mon: Bis/tris
    Tues: Quads/Calves
    Wed:Shoulders
    Thurs: Hamstrings/Calves
    Fri: Chest
    Sat: Back
    Sun:OFF

***My question is, now that I am coming off my cycle do I need to modify any of this in order to prevent overtraining??Thanks

yes, IMO one day on one day off is about right, certainly for 6-8 weeks, also I'd drop your sets to 2-3 per excercise and 2-3 excercises per body part

so 6 days a week is def. too much even if I decrease sets and exercises?

well there you have a possible trade off by spliting the body over so many days but IMO you's be better off you'd be better off splitting to 4 workouts per week max and now isn't the time to be dropping the reps too low with heavy weight, you tend to have higher cortisol level, worse electrolite balance and be more suceptable to injury, so stick to the 8-10 range.
