Hey I'm looking for a workout I don't like to be in the gym 4 or 5 times a week. It's time I switch my workout and I"m looking for suggestions, is there anyone that could give me a workout in which I could be in the gym only 3 days still hit chest twice, and still build mass? Is this possible or do I have to resort to a 4 day workout?

Look into HIT style training. Intense training, quickly.
