I have every Disturbed song ever released on my IPOD along with a great deal of Korn songs. Also "More Human than Human" by Rob Zombie is one of my all time workout favorites. Or is it by White Zombie?? Ah, hell I dont remember, it'll get you pumped up though.

It's by White Zombie, and it's definitely a badass song!

Here's a few of my favorites:

Sevendust - tits on a boar (TOAB) & waffle
Ra - do you call my name
Rob Dougan - clubbed to death & furious angel
                    Staind - mudshovel
                    Soil - halo

Why yes - yes I am - thanks for asking ;)

I honestly don't need anything "hardcore" to get inspired to workout - I just imagine myself going balls to the wall on every set and most of the time whatever is blaring in my ears doesn't even seem to register with me...

Now, fucked up situations in life etc can REALLY get me fueled for a killer workout so I just save up all of the crap in my life and inflict the pain on myself - it's actually quite soothing come to think of it....

                        Sepultura has them all beat.

gets their songs: Refuse Resist, Territory, Amen, Who must die, Clenched Fist, and i know im forgetting some other good ones but all their shit kicks ass. They are hardcore like slayer but i like them better because their lyrics are more of a song than a story of hell if you kinda get the idea.
