  • how is this routine?

    sunday off
    monday chest,bis,back,abs
    tuesday thighs,tris,calves,shoulders
    wednesday,cardio,abs
    thursday chest,bis,back,calves
    friday thighs,tris,shoulders,abs
    saturday cardio

    i am working on my diet right now im just really having trouble thinking of a routine

    You shouldn't be doing cardio the day after legs IMO. Also if you're doing any type of pressing for chest than you're hitting front delts and tri's two days in a row...

      ya chest/tri delts are not geting enough rest, but cardio is fine after leg day.
      You should really come up with a better split IMO. Maybe move back and bi's to leg day and tri/shoulder to chest day at least

        I agree don't do cardio after a day of legs...you won't get the full potential of your workout by doing that...also you should look into taking some supplements with your workout to help fuel your muscle cells... i suggest taking protein and creatine to help out with you work out...allthewhey.com has real dirt cheap prices and the s*%t taste good
