I wanted to know im anybody uses swimming in there workouts and if so was it better then your regular cardio workout.....

I swim twice a week. I feel it is a great compliment to your regular workout. One thing about a swim workout is the amount of time that you dont have to put in to have a killer workout.
For people that are just starting to swim for a workout, anything more than 20 consecutive minutes will leave you drained. You cant get that running or biking.
