Why is it that some people got good vascularity and still get cut while eating high proteins and high carbs, eating whatever and doing drills and running/sprints. I got a buddy who loads his plate with steaks, lasagna's, spaghetti's w/meat, stuff like that and the guy has a damn six pack. And im here trying to get a ood diet straight to look like him. Just wanted to let u all know why or if you know people who are like this.
