Hey guys I have a serious case of man boobs. I had some pubescent gyno pre-cycle and now post cycle without any PCT I have a SERIOUS case of Man Boobs! My question is what can I do to get rid of them training wise? Its mainly my lower chest that sags like a 65yr old womans tits.
Right now for chest I do decline barbell, flat and incline barbell. Also cables, flys on the machine and occasionally hammer strength machines. Any advice would be appreciated!
