What are some exercises that you all like to do for chest development. I have suggested many things to my buddy, but he always seems to question me. I suggested lots of dumbell flies, incline, flat bench, decline. Cable crossovers, moderate bench press but concentrating on your mind to muscle action.
Other suggestions would be appreciated. I do not have trouble in this area, and i have tried to put the idea in his head, that no matter how well you eat, train and lift, what determines the changes is time. It is never an over night change. Thanks
