    Is it better to work out one muscle group per day? i generally work two, if i only do one i feel like im not doin enough.

    Many people work more than one muscle group per day - back/bis, chest/tris, etc...
    Its not that you shouldn't work more than one muscle group at a time, you just shouldn't overtrain them. (Chest 3 times a week, etc..)
