The body part that I'm having trouble with is my calves. They have greatly improved over time but I want them to grow more mass.. I think I either over train or under train them when I change up my workouts.
Here's what I do on leg days.
3 sets squats
3 sets leg press
3 sets leg curls
3 sets leg extensions
3 sets seated heel raises
3 sets standing heel raises
