  • purple/blue blotches???

Every time I train, usually about midway through my workouts, I notice i get these purplish blue blotches around my shoulders, top of my back, and my arms around my triceps. I'm guessing they are veins maybe?? But looks kinda weird and they go away after I leave the gym. I notice my brother gets them too and maybe its like more oxygen in the blood or something lol i dunno. They aren't totally noticable and its not anything that looks way out the ordinary but i was curious.

I always wear long sleeves at the gym etc so I'm not sure what I look like when I'm working out but I get a really cool greenish-hue from my chest to where my shoulders meet my biceps when I get home from the gym on any of my shoulder/chest/arm days - sometimes it doesn't go away at all - I can see that they're veins though - can you not see them...

Now I just have to get as dry as Branch so I can get all of those freaky things to pop out....

yeah i got veins popping out my shoulders, arms ect. These dont pop out though they are like little webs of i guess blood vessels and stuff. I notice it more the leaner i get. My brothers gets to the point where he looks a little bruised but all goes away after workout.

Why wear long sleeves? I like looking at myself during workout. Everything swells up and pops out!
