  • Strange ?, Bachialis symetry!!

I have cut down quite a bit in the pat 40 day, and am down around 11% body fat. This obviously let you see more of the flaws in your body when it comes to muscle symetry. One thing I have noticed which realy bothers me is that my LF brachialis is full and makes my left arm (dominant) look bigger and full. The right brach is barley evern there. When I do a most musculare it evel looks like it goes in, while the left side comes out. now I dont want to gross anyone out, especially the females, but my only thought is this is from masterbation. I do plenty of unilateral movements, and reverse/hammer curls, and always have. I just feel the multi repetition/light weight type of movement has caused the hypertophy in the lt arm....I know, Im sorry, but I had to thow that out there. Actually I kind of have the same problem with my front delts. Left is bigger than the rt. If anyone has any good exercises, o could try that would be helpfull. If not I guess ill just try switch hitting for a while. Once again sorry for the oddness of this post.......

I'm right handed and my left arm is bigger and stronger. I used to lug wood from the shed into the house as a kid and I always stacked it on my left arm and supported all of the weight with my left arm with my right arm over the top as I carried it in. I guess that would be like a bunch of static holds.
