I didn't get to legs yesterday due to school but today is a burnout session - starting with heavy atg squats and then nothing but painful drop sets between leg extensions and hacks (at least when I was bulking I could spew different types of nutrients afterwards - now even the sickness I get from leg workouts is dull seeing that it's always chicken and brown rice :D)...

I've got a heavy deadlift day scheduled for either tomorrow or Monday so I don't want to ruin my back with front squats and lunges....

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician. I need to get a day off to go to the neurologist because they want to see if I need surgery because of the pinched nerve.

I have kind of a goal to be almost acrobatic. I want to have lots of body control, balance and flexibility. There is also a indoor rock climbing gym that I want to join sometime soon.
So I realized I used the wrong word. I meant to say gymnastic. One of the things I have been doing was trying to do the splits, side to side. There is a machine at my gym that you sit and and you turn a wheel that pulls your legs apart. I got up to 130degrees today. It may not sound like much, but it has been pretty hard to get there.
