  • Cable Crossovers

    Part of my workout for my chest is the cable crossovers. However, either i'm not doing it right or.. maybe i'm just not doing it right. My question is, what is the right way/technique in doing them? Or is there an alternative to the cable x's?

    That's pretty much how I do it but for some reason I don't feel it? Maybe this would help out a bit:
    Incline Bench Press 4 x 6
    Dumbbell Bench Press 4 x 12
    Cable Crossovers 4 x 25

    And this is a triset or a superset or, well, you know what I mean.

      Both, although I've gained some strength over the 10 wks I've been on my routine. Maybe i'm not squeezing hard enough on the down-end? Are cable x's like concentration curls, meaning to say they're just for show and not for size/mass?
