i puked doing legs -- did back squats and front squats - ass to floor yesterday -

5 sets of back squats ( regular squats) did these after hams and extensions - 12 to 15 reps - good weight

started my 5 sets front squats -- got set # 3 in and up she came - i fucking loved it - big smile - i kill legs every week - just split up front and back squats to different days - decided to do them together -- i felt it coming which just made me push that much harder-

got sick - then finished my 2 sets and went on to play war with extensions

I've gotten close to puking but never have. I'm a real puss when it comes to legs, but I still hit em hard. But man is it hard to get motivated to do em.

Leg days are my favorite bro - kick ass House - I'm still taking a few more days off (maybe even another week or two) before I step back in the gym but I can't wait to get sick again myself...

Try stepping onstage and letting complete strangers critique your physique - you'll be motivated real quick like ;)

Puking sucks man, when i hit my legs heard i don't puk, on the leg press when i push out my last 2 reps, my pulse jumps sky high and i get dizzy, light headed, and sleepy. I just shake it off and drink some water and walk around and within a few secs i get better :)

I hate wasting food, lol..I always just seem to get nauseated...never puke...just have to lie down for like a half an hour before my body will let me move. but I love leg workouts...especially when no one else is doing them in the gym. they look at you like you are an alien not doing "upperbody"...
