I've been lifting for strength for some time now and I've run my current workout (allbeit my favorite) into the ground. I've experimented for a few years now and am convinced my best split to be a push/pull/legs. I've stuck with mostly compound movements and heavy weights routine
The problem I'm facing is that everytime I've tried to switch up my routines, and then eventually switch back, I find that I've lost strength. You'll probably need more info but does anyone have any advice?
