    I just recently wrecked on a croch rocket and my ankle and foot is fucked up. I just went in for further x-rays today and tomorrow they are going to let me know if its broke or not or whats wrong. To make a long story short its really swollen and the bike landed on it. I can put my weight on it and wobble on it lightly and move my toes and shit but i really have to walk straight legged. i cant really land on it flat i guess is what im saying.

    But anyways i wasnt going that fast just got a little road rash but everything else is cool. I was just woundering if it would be cool to work out tonight and do upper body? The accident happened last thursday and i feel fine i just woundered if its too much stress on my body to work out?

      Your body needs "rest" when your immune system is compromised. You're fine to workout with a hurt foot - obviously just don't do things that hurt your foot....
