i havnt trained for 2 years and have put on 35 pounds of weight,i started training last week again,this week back into mon-chest,tri tues- back,wed-legs,thur-shoulders,fri-ticepts,sat sun rest,only doing small workouts followed by 20 cv each workout,my aim is to build muscle back up and burn off fat,can you guys set me a diet and little help with workout routine,im 34 years 5feet 9 inch,thanks
