    I am training 5 days a week and my training partner and I have a bet going on it see who can gain the most mass so I was wondering is you good people could help me out and give me a good training split and routine :hmmm:

    I am gong with over the counter supps any help would be really helpful

    Well if you're both starting at about the same mass ratio and both training the same (and presuming you both react the same way to your training program) then all you need is a diet that's far superior to his...

    Post your training routine and most importantly your entire diet with times and protein/carb/fat breakdowns (this is where you really stand to kick his ass)....

      how long is the bet going to last? are you both going to try the same frequency?

        the bet is 6 months and I just found out that he has to work so we wont be training together and my diet is still up in the air what I mean is I want to get some more mass so i am eating chicken and rice and a lot of it
