I'm gonna try new rest pause method with extreme stretching training starting on monday, the DC method. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it and what the split looked like.

ive tried the DC type style training (tailored to fit ME) with great results.

You can rest-pause any exercise, doesn't have anything to do with your split. Rest-pause sets, drop-sets, forced negs, are all awesome ways to push the muscles beyond failure, but they are methods to be used sparingly. You can over-train easily pushing yourself to the max. Don't go rest-pausing every set.
