Yeah like bouncer said, hit the shoulders, they will make your arms look bigger and thats what u are obviously looking for. I'd also try and split up back and legs. Those are two workouts that are too intense and too important to be doing on the same day IMO.Originally posted by latin224 days on three off my body seems to recover better this way.

Tues- Biceps
Wed.- off
Thurs-chest
Fri-back/legs
Sometimes I skip legs being as I'm not looking for huge quads.
