      Yeah like bouncer said, hit the shoulders, they will make your arms look bigger and thats what u are obviously looking for. I'd also try and split up back and legs. Those are two workouts that are too intense and too important to be doing on the same day IMO.

          Well right now I'm training with only CEE I'm not taking any AAS.When I was on then I was able to recover alot faster.

                bent over rows,t-bar rows,cable rows on back day.
                rows will get the bi's bigger
                weighted dips
                skulls
                bench for tri's-- 80% of you're arm
                hit forarms bigger forarms= more weight you are able to lift for bi's
