                      yes, especially with legs. i pretty much go in to the gym with the expectation that I may throw up.

                                Today was leg day for me. Well, legs and shoulders. I put up some pretty solid squats with good form and decent weight, then right after I finish this kid starts doing little half squats with 100 lbs more than I had on there. I almost wanted to tell him to be careful but I don't like getting in other peoples business. Anyways, I can already feel the soreness coming on in my quads. Monday and tuesday are going to be rough.
