    just make sure you don't stay down and out. its fine to eat a little extra over the holidays but just make sure that you don't get to comfortable.

      I did this for six weeks and it brought great detail to my quads. And I'll give you some shit too. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHY ARE YOU EATING LIKE SHIT? Ok I am J/K. :P I totally understand it's the time of the year I am in the same boat right now just becarefull not to over eat all that junk food, I kinda did and it didn't take much to see my abs fade away. :D

        I know this time of year sucks big ass - part of the eating also comes from baking.. I do it to de-stress and have been at it for a few days, lol. Either I want to eat or hibernate. The week of xmas will be a tough one, with tons of time on my hands. If I stay home I will indeed EAT the whole thing down, so I am gonna try to make plans and get out, hit the gym 2xs a day, cardio in the morning and weights @ night. Man I wish I was on a plane to somewhere :evil:

        Luckily my metabolism is on my side because with all the chocolate chip cookies and ice cream I ate this past weekend, I would easily be packing a few pounds. My jeans fit just perfect... :P

        But yeah, I did like the workout and my quads/hams are a bit sore ATM :)

          WW-try doing one weight workout, and one sprint/Plyo workout for your legs. this could take care of the cardio, and bring some definition to your legs at the same time. you could do sprints, bleachers, hills whatever. i know the weather sucks now, but in the spring you might be able to get it in.
