I have not worked out in two weeks due to school. Tis is the week of finals so i decided to hit the gym tis week. Yest. was chest, my strength is down and i could barely lift the same weight, but i forced myself and it was good...... Today was back and abs, so about 20min into lifting my stomach starts to hurt and i am gettin sleepy. I brush it off and drink more water. So about 50-55min into the workout, i keep the same intensity but my rests inbetween sets r like 3min and i do not wanna lift, i was about to puke everywhere. So I go back to the locker room grab my shake and dextrose and drink it........tis made matters worst, my stomach is paining real bad and i had to sit for 15min b4 leaving. I finally get home and i just pass out on the couch for like 5min. my phone woke me up and i did not wanna do anything, i forced to eat and now i am a lot better and about to goto school for a final

Is tis due to the fact that i did not workout for a long time, and my body was severly shocked??????

maybe it is do to the fact that your body is sick and tired of you saying "tis".

    :P

all jokes aside, i cant say that i have ever felt like that. did you eat a lot before your workout. i have felt sick after squats ect but not like you describe.

No i didn't eat a lot, just a bowl of oatmeal and milk. And than worked out 1.5hrs later.
Tis has happened to me b4, but only happens when i don't lift for 2 weeks or so.
During the whole time i do sweat mad bullets, and my heart rate is high.

odd, only thing you can do is workout again tomorrow and see if it happens again. if so, you may want to visit the doc.

I would never drink milk before my workout, even with oatmeal. I'd have stomach issues similar to yours if I did.

It's so hot out, milk was a bad choice.

Only time I felt like that was during lacrosse season. Halfway through lifting I puked my guts out. Turns out I had the Flu. :dunno:
