      if you really want to be disappointed in me then here goes nothing:

      rice, beans, chocolate, pizza, chips, ice cream, soda, you name it. I intoxicated my body with tons of crap and now its time for a detox. Take me a few days and I know the drill. Clean food starting tomorrow. To be honest, I needed it.. My body needed the shock and now its time to ride out the winter and clean up and shred up.

      I forgot to mention the 3 vanilla vodkas with diet coke. BTW, I have been sticking to my meals, just adding all this other shit in. I had a bit of a mental setback, time to tear that shit back up!

          I do need to view it as a negative, so that I can use it to push out positive force. Thats what works for me, lol. I have a good friend ahem, that is a personal trainer more like a walking 6 Foot, 255 pounds of lean big ass knowledge. This guy is a beast, he knows his stuff to the nines and is ALWAYS knocking on me to make sure I use all my mental demons to work for me in this lifestyle. He has taught me how to really let my MIND work for my body, ahaha! although sometimes I think his mind is on my body :P.... He is sorta like my mental mentor and JOHN is my physical mentor. Funny thing about my friend B, he hasn't seen me in about 7 months. LOL, I posted pictures on his forum a few weeks back and he right away, was shocked that I made such big changes in such short time. He actually asked me what I was on??? :fufool: I ripped him a new one for sure.. but he was proud of me, either way.

          Anyhows, I use alot of negative in my life and in this sport and turn it into adrenaline, its what drives me. The possibilities are endless..

          Aight off today to do some errands and then cardio around noon and weights @ 5pm. I am gonna do this for a few days till I go back to work on the 2nd and then back to normal schedule.

          I am also gonna start jumping rope for cardio. I have a friend that boxes and has some NASTY moves in jump rope, he promised to get my ass moving that fast too - no pun intended, ahem.

            my point was that if you get too negative about something it can work against you and make things worse. view the cheat meals as speeding up your metabolism. i am not saying that you should continue to eat like shit, just saying, turn a negative into a positive.

            p.s. Are you on crack? :P

              lol.. no I have a little doobage laying around :moon:

              My point was that too, in a sorta long version twisted way, haha! The negative sometimes can bring me down but that is MOMENTARILY.. I view the cheat meals as the DEVIL up until I use them to make me focus more and think of the bigger picture.

              And some of what I mentioned is that it always helps to have people around that have a push to give you when you need it a bit or that give you positive feedback to make you feel better.

              Good lord did I mention all the apple raisin bread that I had yesterday morning with cuban style cafe con leche. Must've been about 400 carbs right there, haha! too bad there was no apple cider left, it would've been an additive.

                AT this point there was a random lady walking around taking pictures for the daily record, lol. She took pictures of me doing my cable curls and its gonna be in an article in the local paper @ the end of January, haha, I am famous.

                She also gave me her card and asked if I needed a photographer, lmao - she had a thing for my biceps freaky lady.

                Bouncer I will let you when it will be in the paper so you can run out and get a shitload.

                I am about to eat my 10 eggwhites, cup of oats, 1/2 nanney and some espresso. Man I slept late today.. its so nice to be off work this week.

                Then I am off to do some cardio and Ab work this morning. Its a great day to spend in bed, but if I stay home temptation is around and I aint going there no more. :moon:

                        yeppers Natural :) and will be staying that way - not that I have anything against it or judge anyone but its just the way I want to go. I may only go so far with it naturally but that is ok - although John wants me to win, I am doing this for fun. Funny thing is a friend saw my new pics and asked ok, what you on? He couldn't believe I came this far in such short time... I almost gave him a throat punch. :P

                            Leg night last night..

                            Hack squat:
                            warmup squat unit alone:

                            400x2x1 - haven't been going too heavy and wanted to try this one out - my pressing is so much better than my squats. I suck @ squatting!

                            Sumo Squats on freemotion unit:
                            50x12x2
                            60x10x1
                            80x8x1

                            Extensions - plate loaded:
                            45x10x2
                            90x8x2 - dropped back to 45 for another 10 reps after the last set

                            lying curls and seated curls:
                            40x10x3
                            50x10x3

                            one legged standing (these are always tougher):
                            20x10x4

                            SLDLs off a bench at the very edge with a 25 barbell.. These were GREAT! Instead of coming down with the bb straight down, came out @ an angle. Made it more difficult to execute.

                            25x20x3 MY HAMS ARE LOVING ME TODAY :P
