I have an appt on Thursday to see my coach. I am super nervous. Haven't seen him since before Thanksgiving and I know I have let myself get a bit off track with my diet. I am just scared that I put on some fat and that he is gonna be disappointed in me. I think it will be an emotional visit, too, lol. I have alot of this tension bottled in from feeling that my focus has been shot for a few weeks and I know when he gives me the pep talk I will break. He is so good at getting me to talk, lol.
