HOLLAR :P
Went to see my coach, he was truly impressed. I was scared as hell. I know I had been eating horrific for the last month or so and thought I had put on some bodyfat. I dropped 2 pounds and am now down to 8% BF. Pheww! He was happy with some of the development I have made in thickening my Abs and also my back.. ALTHOUGH I still need to thicken my lats. They are my toughest area. My mid back is NICE so he says and he said that that area is tougher to achieve, so ONE down. He told me to cut back on the leg training, because my lower extremities are gonna overpower my upper.
Time to bring it up a notchola.
Going back in 3-4 weeks and gonna start 10 weeks out for a show in NJ on 4/29 (came back to edit.. wrong date). OH god, I am so scared to get on stage, lol. Well, also scared of what the eating will be like 4 weeks out closer to days out.. me scardy cat!
I am going to bust my ass even if I break it for the next few months. I am going on a small vacation to the Lone Star State next month for a long weekend, so that will really be a rough one and I will have to bring tons of supps to help me ride it out. My last little trip before a show, (well I would also like to go the arnold classic but not sure - everyone is bailing out on me).. GRR!
I am going to focus on alot of ME time. Tanning, nails, pedicure (lol - nothing jersey style) massages, chiro.. anything soothing to help me ride out the storm.. !!!!
So now that I cleaned up my eating quite a bit (i had my cheat meal yesterday CUBAN Sandwich, lol) my skin is doing much better. I had a major break out and suffered some acne last couple weeks. THANK GOD.. WTF, too old for breakouts.
Aight.. anyone with any good lat development/thickening advice stop in and bring it. I did back on saturday.. started and exhausted my lats with pullovers (I love these and embrace them so well), supersetted w seated rows, then right into db rows, pulldowns..
Engaging the lats on each and every exercise, so I dropped the weight...!!!!
kisses cutie pies and stop in for your advice and comments :)
