Had a nice 1 oclock leg workout today. only problem was that I got a stomach cramps from my breakfast cuz I am just not used to eating before working out. but I did hit 540 on my leg press (sled weight not included, cuz I have no idea what it weighs) for 1:08. I was pretty jacked and my knees felt great. my push felt great and I even almost couldn't get the last rep up (I don't use a spotter, I will now, lol). overall very happy. I don't know how long I can keep up these increases in weight. my plan was to level off and drop weight and lean out but I am so happy with my progress the other half of me wants to eat testosterone and keep getting big. :( don't know what to do. lol

i murdered my legs today. a local pro decided he didn't have anything better to do and called me out telling me to try and hang with him for his workout. i wasn't going out like a bitch so i agreed. lol. he doesn't believe in reps or even the concept of time or pain. lmao. hell of a workout. my legs went numb for a little bit. way past pain..

nice...when I used to have workout partners we would have those days to see when the other one would punk out. I miss those days of competitiveness. as I get older now there aren't too many guys who have kept the drive to lift hard (near me at least, lol). My favorite was we used to go from leg extensions to leg press with no rest a few times and you are right by the end of it we were just numb and on the floor unable to walk for about 30 minutes.

it feels great afterwards though. kinda of like you know you gave it everything you got.

yeah nothing is like that feeling of legs as far as other body parts. you can feel like you worked out but with legs you feel like a war just happened as you stumble to the locker room.
