okay I know its not tomorrow but I am already thinking about it. I am gonna just go for the 290 next workout. I felt so good in my leg workout today with no twinges anywhere (That is a good gauge for me to see how healthy my body is), that I am just gonna go for the big number and then leave myself two weeks to finish up to 300. I am gonna give myself an extra days rest so instead of wednesday it will be on thursday morning. I am gonna try running tomorrow and wednesday in between really lightly. Feel really good this week. even my grip didn't fail at all the other day doing shrugs with no straps at the end of my workout. plus I got my favorite lifting "set" song. Atreyu- Becoming the Bull. that song gets me jacked and following that its Rolling by Limp Bizkit :D .... even though I work out at Planet Fitness and I am not allowed to grunt I am sure I sneak a few in there from time to time.
I think this is the most excited I have been about lifting in about 10 years. Don't know whats different or motivating me honestly. I don't really have a reason anymore to lift besides the regular- health, hobby and stress relief. especially to hit these weights in the early morning is good for me.
okay my rambling is done. I have to go take Nekra's prescribed BETA-K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :fufool:
