My friend's friend was working out his chest and he was db pressin 75lb db's...he is 20 and i am 19
I was curious to c how he got that high becuz i plautoed at 55lbs (for 10 months) and now i do 60lbs db press
He was telling me whenever u plauteu do 5 sets of 5 reps and u will get over that
