  • Well I did it....

    ....hit 290 on deadlifts this morning for 1:00 of TUT. I didn't feel like i blasted through the set like last time. I felt great and had no body issues and form was fine, just the feeling wasn't there. So I am going to just do 295 next workout and then save 300 for the last workout of the month for back. But I was quiet happy that I did it. of course after my 300 goal I really want to use 315 just so I can have all three 45's on each side, lol. but save that for another day or my next run of tren, lol.

    good work brother. i hate that feeling when you just dont have that killer instinct. its how i feel when i come off. sucks

      its really rare I get it early in the morning. My next deadlift workout I might schedule for a weekend so I have time to warmup and get mentally with it. plus I have been off the tren for a week or so so my levels might have dropped. could have something to do with it.
