my fricking pecs hurt so bad at the insertion by my arm that it is ridiculous. I started with DB flyes the other day for my chest workout and i don't normally. I will normally do a crossover movement or machine flyes to warm up a bit but they were both taken. I have to admit its a great feeling even though it hurts. my chest is swollen and feels so tight from it. overall it was a great workout. at one point I looked like a retard though. after I did my chest routine I picked up some DBs to do my side laterals. so I do my laterals and when I do them I hold them at the top for like a 10 second count each rep so it burns the shit out of them. and the set was just intense (I think there was a few pieces of ass near me or something cuz I remember really getting into the set). but anyway so I am feeling great and I am thinking of jumping right to DB shoulder press for a superset. So I grab a set of 50's and get ready to press them...NOT, lol...I got like three reps and my fucking shoulders were fried...it was a great feeling but a dumb set. so then I put them down and grabbed 40's and still nothing. so then I laughed and went to triceps. so basically I fried my shoulders with ONE set. how is that for effeciency.
