  • I need help!

Does anybody want a project? Me. Or know where I can get started on a good training program. I don't want to compete but I want to get a lot stronger and lose the fat. I am a 6' 2" male weighing 255lbs. I was raised with Arnie's Encyclopedia and have obviously not kept with that advice. I have not lifted for two years but I have time now and I want to use a very effective regimen. Is Arnie's encyclopedia a joke now or is it still respected? I am willing to be adopted as a project or directed to newbie help resources.

I have an hour and a half each morning to work out and I am Type 1 diabetic so I am very motivated to eat right. Starting an HGH soon too. Is that wrong?

Arnolds book is a great read and has some very good diets and exercise routines. You should be reading that and incorporating some of those exercises in your routine, and you also need to be reading up on this site. B4 u start anytype of exerise regement, u need to post up ur diet

I would agree with DNA. Post anything you can right now. Do you know what you have eaten over the past few days? Do you know your b/f? What is your age, etc.?

I personally think it is a very bad idea for you to start HGH when you haven't even lifted in two years. You will make gains naturally, without HGH. I wouldn't use it right away. I took about a year off, and that was about 2 years ago. For a year I was working out off and on. Now I've been consistently lifting for about a year. I just now and beginning to consider a first cycle, and many would argue that is too soon. You also have to ask yourself how much you actually know about something before you inject it into yourself.

Read this and post your stats and estimated BMR:

And read this, Control always has good adivce look up his threads. I am subscribed to many of them:

The first think I want to address is your diabetes and your planned HGH use. HGH and people with diabetes do not mix. It will make your disease worse and harder to control.

Second, if you haven't lifted in 2 years you really have no reason to any kind of drug or hormone. Get back in the gym and get your diet down. Those 2 things alone will cause a dramatic change.

Take a look at the nutrition section and peoples diets. Put together something for yourself and then post it. We will critique it help you law it out. We are here to help but you have to do some of the work too. :)

          Thanks

I agree with all of the posts. Thnak you. I already have the HGH so I will begin ist for at least the two cycles I have. That with a serious rework of my diet, I hope will help me get some fat off along with the other hgh benefits.

I do know a lot about hgh, I have done a lot of research and I can see how it is a waste of money for me right now. It's bought and paid for though, so I will use what I have.

I do know a lot about my diabetes and how hgh will affect it but now how bodybuilding will affect it. Or should I say, how diabetes will affect my bodybuilding is what I need info. on. More help here would be great . My disease can't get any worse, I am 100% insulin dependant and where a continous glcose monitoring system that tells me where I am at every 5min.

Bouncer, thank you for your concern. And I agree it takes work on my part.

Chris, thanks for the links. I will use them immediatly.

Dna, I will re-read arnolds book and use it as needed.

I would have to disagree with that. It can become harder to manage. I think HGH will really stir things up so to speak.

I still think you should get back in the gym and get your diet down before you start the gh. I am not saying you can never use. Just let it sit in the fridge for a few months. After you have gotten yourself back into the swing of things, then use it.

What brand of GH is it?

Serostim. I haven't mixed it yet so it won't go bad, right? And no need to keep cold if it is not mixed, right? I did order bac water so it won't go bad so quick when I do mix it.

I agree that the hgh will change the effects of insulin on the diabetes but with as much as I have to manage it by continual testing, I think I can adapt.

I do need to get back to the gym. I realize from reading the boards that I need to look for weight loss work outs and weight loss diets before I worry about bodybuilding.

Since i have spent the money on hgh, won't it help me lose the weight?

A lot of other people than just body builders use hgh for many other reasons than just trimming off the last 1/16" of fat between their abs and their skin.

keep the HGH in the fridge. even in its powder form its better to keep it cool.

yes, HGH will help to loose weight but it will work much better once you get back in the gym and your diet is spot on for a bit.

just give this a try bro. hold off on the gh for a bit, get your diet down. let us know if you need help with that. look at other peoples diets in the nutrition section put something together for yourself, we will help your critique it once you put something together.

also, there are no "weight loss workouts" your workout should be about stimulating the muscle to grow. let your diet and cardio take care of the fat loss.

after a few months of doing it on your own, then you can throw in the GH. trust me, you will like the results much better if you do it my way instead of yours. :)
