On days when I don't eat exactly that, I'm not eating bad stuff. I'm buying chicken sandwiches and salads and making a salad with chicken. I think that might be where he is coming from..He has competed for years and has been pretty successful, won the Masters at the Texas NPC Championships a few years ago. I have even cut my caloric intake down to 2200 calories. I have to be expending more than that. I don't eat shit food, ever. I don't drink alcohol. I drink just about ONLY water. I have grapefruit juice in a shake and every once in a while I have gatorade in the morn with break fast.
