      On days when I don't eat exactly that, I'm not eating bad stuff. I'm buying chicken sandwiches and salads and making a salad with chicken. I honestly find it hard to believe that is killing my goals, because if it is, that means something has got to be ass backwards because I don't use dressing.

      I mean its just getting a little ridiculous.

        I think that might be where he is coming from..He has competed for years and has been pretty successful, won the Masters at the Texas NPC Championships a few years ago. Whatever he does it works because he is usually dialed in for his shows...I was just curious if it was a hard and fast belief or relative to him.

              I have even cut my caloric intake down to 2200 calories. I have to be expending more than that. I don't eat shit food, ever. I don't drink alcohol. I drink just about ONLY water. I have grapefruit juice in a shake and every once in a while I have gatorade in the morn with break fast. Also on days I don't eat right, I maintain the caloric intake that I am supposed to have, but sometimes I have to forgo carbs like rice in place of veggies.

                you know i am just teasing ya. i just wish i could be a fly on the wall and watch how you train and how you eat etc.. i just feel like something you are doing is wrong.
