It a website for the Memphis area CrossFit affiliate I run.

I teach CrossFit, Commando Krav Maga, Parkour, Pose running, and a plethora of other skills.

Yessir.

Thats the primary function of the gymnastics training we incorporate.

Is there anything near the Pittsburgh area? Those are basically my new goals. I know longer train for mass, but I would like to have the body control that gymnasts have.

Yeah Mike and Jen run a sweet Affiliate out of Verona, They are both great. I visited their place for one of my Certifications.

Awesome, thanks. I actually was looking at all the locations and this one Three Rivers Crossfit is Coming just opened on March 3rd this year. It's literally only 5 minutes from me.
