                I watched the elite ft previews and caught him saying that omega 3 were anti inflamatory for joints. Thats worth knowing I get knee pain lately

                  There's a big article in MD about fish oil and how it's an anti-inflammatory. It also says the anti-inflammatorys can limit muscle growth because inflammation in muscles is part of what triggers recovery.

                    So last night was leg night and I thought it would be "fun" :wacko: to try that 40 rep drop set. Granted I only started at 235 and worked my way down to 155 but holy shit I can barely walk today. Definately the most sore my legs have ever been. Huge respect for anyone who can do something like that with serious weight. I almost threw up my protein shake!

                        fish oils anti-inflammatory properties are not even close to something like a NSAID (ibuprofen). the amount of muscle that fish oil would "limit" would not be visible. its benefits are far to great to cut it out of your regimen.
