there are no specific "routines" for mass. Mass is achieved by stimulating the full area. so you will need to stimulate 1. erectors
2. middle traps 3. latissimus dorsi 4. upper traps
so take your pick of an exercise for each of them and do quality contraction sets.
so if you want a "sample" routine
Deadlifts-erectors
machine pullovers- lats
wide grip seated row-middle traps
shrugs-upper traps
