If his diet isn't in check, i'm sure it is someone else's fault anyways. Probably parked ilegally, got his car towed and the meals he made for himself were in the car, and now he's going to take the tow truck driver, and everyone else to court over it.

The thick and thin of it is that my training is good, but my diet hasn't been consistent. I'm eating well this week and yes I did miss the gym yesterday because of the North Easter, but I went today so i am simply shifting everything back a day.

Over the last month of school it was absolutely terrible, I would miss breakfast sometimes and I would snack at night far too often. Time was just at a premium and eating was at the bottom of the list for me. I know thats a lame excuse, but it is the way it is. I have returned to a structured 7 squares a day of good meals.

No I haven't. I haven't thought about getting it checked because I've been busy. Now I am just job hunting so I have time to focus on my lifting, diet, etc.

more protein in the morning and a little less fat. something more like 7 egg whites and 2 whole eggs.

i would also opt for oatmeal over the kashi. reason being, i know you are mixing the kashi with milk. so you have the sugar from the milk, the sugar from the cereal, and all the fat from 3 whole eggs. again, not enough protein in the first meal and two much fat and sugar.
