Anyone else get this? Basically you train legs balls to the wall. Then about 5-6 hours later after you have been sitting down for a bit, you try to get up and your legs just lock up with cramps. Haven't really been able to walk at all tonight.
I get this with other muscle groups after I train but legs are the most obvious because they prevent you from functioning when they cramp. lol
