I've read everything that's been posted between this post and the one I'm about to make so take that into consideration...Originally posted by NewbieChris View PostI think we've known that for a little while, haven't we? However, its as simple as now I don't have x amount of meals a day. Sometimes I have 3, sometimes 6 or 7. If I can sit down and eat the meal on the dot when I am supposed to, I do. However, that doesn't always happen, so I eat two of my meals at a time because of my schedule. I eat nothing bad except for the pretzels now. The last time I touched that I drank beer was when I had one celebrating my college graduation. For the greater majority of the day I drink water because that is what I have with me and that is what water fountains provide. Occasionally I have Crystal Light Lemonade.
Yesterday I had:
7 egg whites, i omega 3 whole egg, and oatmeal for breakfast @ 8:00am
7 oz of chicken, 2 cups of brocolli, and rice @ Noon
5 oz of chicken, rice, and a banana @ 5:00pm
PWO @ 7:15pm
Steak, asparagus, and potato @ 8:30pm
Bed at 10:30
I drank water all day, but I had a lemonade with dinner.
1. Get up earlier and eat your first meal at 7:00 or 7:30
2. Make yourself a protein shake with nothing but whey and water and throw either cashews, almonds, walnuts, peanuts or the like in a plastic bag and eat that around 9:30 or 10:00 (and don't tell me your *job* or volunteer work won't let you either - tell them off if you have to - after all it is volunteer work remember)
3. Repeat #2 in the middle of your afternoon as well...
Everything else could stay the same if you want it to although I would just eat 6oz of chicken at every meal instead of 7 and 5 ( ) - as for your first meal after your workout I would make that either chicken or ensure that your "steak" is a flank steak to avoid unneccesary fats at that time - I would also eat another meal right before bed consisting of just a lean meat and vegetable combo (even while cutting) just no more than 30 minutes before bed - of course if this makes it too complicated just stick with the first three numbered points above for now...

Whats wrong with taking a break to eat? I've heard of a lot of sins but thats a new one for me.Originally posted by NewbieChris View PostI just want to clarify, there is no one telling me I cannot stop what I am doing and eat. However, I have serious moral qualms about that regardless of my job status.

the story of your life. you have moral qualms about girls, you have moral qualms when it comes to making your body better, etc.. etc..Originally posted by NewbieChris View PostI have serious moral qualms
don't ask for fucking advice anymore because all you do is place roadblocks in your way at every turn. you complain about not getting results and at the same time you are not willing to do what it takes.

Come down hard much? Even though you may be right, its the way I was raised in terms of work ethic. Job first...Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postthe story of your life. you have moral qualms about girls, you have moral qualms when it comes to making your body better, etc.. etc..

wouldn't go that far. but it is very possible to balance the 2 so that you can do both. just need to be strict and plan.Originally posted by dna9488 View PostYa thats cool man, just don't expect to be lookin like the way you desire to look, and don't be mad and angry about why you aren't making progress...

For me Bodybuilding is my drug and my addiction.
After the past 3 years i have managed to juggle both but i am far from perfecting it. I just need to keep playing around with it and see what happens.
