        i always get that after a good shoulder workout, burns like nothing else. feels like lactic acid.

          Shoulder muscles I thought it was the Nitrix i was taking if its lactic acid how do you fix it i cant get in a full workout....

            you doing high reps or what. need more details to be able to give an accurate answer.

              starting out with 55lbs military dumb bell presses

              55 x 12
              60 x 10
              65 x 8


              arm raises straight out and to the side

              25 x 12
              30 x 10
              35 x 8

              the burn starts half way thru this set gets to the point i cant raise my arms feels like they are on fire and shreaded

                and taking a rest in between sets dosent help? how long is your rest between sets?

                    not sure what to tell ya, the lactic acid burn should be gone by then. any steroids? sometimes the pump from say dbol can be uncomfortable but not really a burn in the delts.

                          Stop doing isolation movements - stick to compound movements like barbell presses, dumbbell presses, rows, upright rows - laterals have their place but shouldn't be in every workout - they simply don't allow for the same amount of development as the others and *most* people are limited with them due to the issues you're talking about as it is...
