    ...I haven't even SEEN the gym in a few weeks I think. I can't remember the last time I have worked out. What a funk I am in. I even missed 3 weeks of shots, lol....I finally realized it when I could feel my mood change (I am coming off tren so the crash was more noticable). even today I have no desire to see the inside of the gym. :dunno:

    guess I need to find some motivation. I am getting some new music together hopefully that works. I wanted to start at a boxing gym as well for some different exercise but I don't think that will get me in the weight gym, lol. must be the sun going down earlier and coming up later, its depressing.

    well glad you posted. maybe it will help you to get your ass back in gear.

    i find that if my diet is off that i tend to get lazy and feel bad about myself. thus the reason my diet is always nailed.

    how is your diet? lets get you back on track brother.

      DIET? lol... let me go take pictures of the places I have been eating at, :D .... but I love how my body reacts. I am at probably my leanest I have been in a long time. maybe I should just wait till I finally drop to 200 pounds and then start working out again :).

      I do have to start eating right again. a couple weeks ago I was sick and I don't think I have gotten back on track. I have some money coming in from work where I will be able to restock my supplements stores and get some nice sams club stock. I do have some stress in my life that I need to take care of as well (I think this might be my major problem). so maybe that will be first on my list to get my head straight.

        you have a classic, "once this happens then i will be able to do that" approach about things. start now, no excuses, no reasons for not doing things. start eating well this very moment and get into the gym now. not tomorrow or the next day blah blah.

              alright I am back on track. I had bouncer in my head all day. i just ate a nice big meal of rice, steak, peppers, onions, garlic and a little soy :)....feel great. Hit up some test and masteron and I am finishing up my music on my ipod ;). now I just have to figure out what I can work out tomorrow, everything is open to me. hmmmm I am thinking chest shoulders and triceps. and lots of intensity variables. getting psyched.

                  not terribly but I am at the end of my two weeks paycheck, lol.... and I hate shopping for small things. I am doing a sams club run wednsday so my meat coffers will be full :)...plus I need to get some protein powder to hit up at work when I can't eat. and I need Udo's oil and ummm.....probably something I am forgetting. I had a good run over the summer of eating well. Just got burnt out. getting it back though.
