I don't know if I understand what the lurker is. Is it the person hogging the machine and not letting someone in by placing his towel on the equipment or the dude that jumped in. Both are extremely obnoxious, we live in a community.

its the guy that jumps on your bench or machine as soon as you leave for 1 second to get a drink etc.. usually they dont ask if they can jump in etc..
