    Bouncer you said this in my other thread about my crazy training schedule and i saw you say it in other posts. Could you expand on the topic?

    what i mean is people that don't feel and use the muscle. they lift weight that is to much for them and they feel it more in the joints and tendons etc.. then they do in the muscle.

    the point of me always saying that is simple, concentrate on the muscle being trained.

      I see it as using the proper form, speed and range of motion so that you work the muscle with the least amount of weight necessary. Yes its cool picking up the big dumbells to do curls but for the most part it doesnt do you as much good to use your back and shoulders to swing them up. Its better to drop a few lbs and really hit the bicep. Or the guys who bench press with a huge arch instead of really isolating the chest. They are straining the shoulders and elbows more than necessary to work the chest.
