Legs 2 times per week?

  • Legs 2 times per week?

    I had surgery on my elbow (tendon was pulling bone off) So I am outta commision for a min of 4 more weeks.
    Should I train legs 2 times per week? If so should I go heavy 1 time and reps the next? I will also be running at least 3 times per week, 1 to 2 miles fast as I can. I alternate 1 mile one day then 2 the next and so on.
    Only suplement is GH no gear.

    pretty much thats what id do.
    heavy like on say mon.
    and reps like thurs. depending on how id feel
    cardio as needed

      ugh I couldn't imagine training legs heavy twice a week. if that is all you are doing however for a few weeks I don't see the harm in a lighter day after a heavy day. just remember to give them a few weeks rest when you are training full body again.

        Thanks guys! after my arm is ready to go I will probably not be doing legs in the bodybuilder sence. I will be doing the cross fit/spartin training. and running every day.
