I had surgery on my elbow (tendon was pulling bone off) So I am outta commision for a min of 4 more weeks.
Should I train legs 2 times per week? If so should I go heavy 1 time and reps the next? I will also be running at least 3 times per week, 1 to 2 miles fast as I can. I alternate 1 mile one day then 2 the next and so on.
Only suplement is GH no gear.
