    great leg workout yesterday - puked up breakfest - some lady went to the front desk and told them they needed to come back there right away because something was wrong with me ha ha ha ha was like wtf

    started with light leg extensions to get the blood flowing - then

    heavy extensions x 20 no rest right into squats 315 x 15 did that for 4 sets

    onto hacks -

    same thing

    heavy extensions x 15 no rest right into hacks 315 x 15 for 4 sets

    all sets are done ass to floor for squats - they have the old hack machine so you can go very deep ass to feet -

    the pace is what catches you - may not seem like alot of weight but when done with minimum rest its brutal - it got me to puke - i went onto laying leg curls , standing leg curls, and seated curls - finished with inner thighs

    was a nice workout

    Nice I agree with the pace, I do something close to that.
    I squat by its self 4X15-20reps
    then I leg press 15-20 reps no rest right to leg extensions

    Maybe I will try it the other way where you leg ext first then press.

      did legs today also, looked like this...dropset to squats after legpress its intense but u can legpress more then u can squat so even when u get to 500 on squats it does not feel that heavy just legs feel tired,then smith machine squats legs close,nd out front. then leg ext . try it wont be able to walk out of gym
