      I can only tell you a little bit about my arm dilemma. 20 years old, arms measured 10" flexed. I was a skinny guy at the time and join the service.
      After boot camp the arms were at 11". But after reading "Muscle & Fitness" magazine and getting all of the supplements, my arm shot to nineteen inches and I was curling 100lb. dumbbells!. LOL It is what you consume and your training routine that you must adjust to get out of your sticking point.
